Operating since 2018. In September 2024 a hot-wallet hack took about $44–52M; BingX froze withdrawals, pledged to cover the loss from its own reserves and resumed operations. In the two years since we found no hack, withdrawal freeze or loss of client funds, so it passes our two-year rule. On 13 October 2026 South Korea ordered its website blocked there, along with other exchanges not registered in the country — a market-access measure, not a freeze of client funds.
