Track record (2+ years incident-free)
Two hacks: about $4.5M of XRP and ADA in June 2019, and about $23M from a hot wallet in April 2023 (under 5% of holdings; Bitrue said users would be covered — we found no confirmation that compensation was completed). Since April 2023 we found no further hack or withdrawal freeze, so it passes our two-year rule.
