Flexible Savings with no lock period. Fixed-term products are clearly locked. After the 24 September 2026 hack (see track record), withdrawals from the exchange were suspended and restored in phases between 28 September and 2 October; ADA, the last major coin still closed, had reopened by our 15 October check. Insurance Fund

User Protection Fund: over $464M before the 24 September 2026 hack, per Bitget (earlier reported at $600M+). It covered the loss of about $387.5M, and on 30 September Bitget said the fund had been refilled to $300M+, with its wallet addresses published for on-chain checks. Track record (2+ years incident-free)

Operating since 2018. On 24 September 2026 at 18:31 UTC attackers moved about $387.5M (Bitget's figure of 25 September; first estimated at $351.6M) out of parts of Bitget's hot and warm wallets; cold wallets were not touched. Bitget says the loss is covered by its User Protection Fund (over $464M at the time) and account balances are intact. Withdrawals were suspended pending a security review and restored in phases — BTC on 28 September, ETH on 29 September, USDT on 30 September, the rest on 2 October; ADA, the last major coin still closed, had reopened by 15 October. Reports by SlowMist and Mandiant, published on 30 September, trace the breach to compromised third-party security products. Earlier, in April 2025, a bug in the VOXEL perpetual-futures market-making bot let eight accounts take ~$20M; Bitget rolled back the trades and compensated users from the same fund. How it works

How QTUM earns on Bitget Earn

When you deposit QTUM into Bitget Earn's earn product you receive 1.0 % APY as a Flexible rate. The platform puts the asset to work and shares the yield — your balance grows without you doing anything.

This is a base rate, not a promotional teaser: it's what an ordinary deposit actually earns. Bitget Earn carries a YieldScope safety grade of B, so weigh the yield against platform risk — a higher rate on a weaker grade is not automatically a better deal.

Rates on QTUM move with lending demand and market conditions. We re-check them daily and keep a history, so you can see whether today's number is unusually high, unusually low, or steady.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the QTUM earn rate on Bitget Earn?
Bitget Earn currently pays 1.0 % APY on QTUM as a Flexible rate. Rates float and are refreshed daily on YieldScope — see the date stamp above for the last update. This rate has held for 39 days straight. Over the 102 days we have recorded it, Bitget Earn changed it 27 times — a rate you can actually plan around.
Is earning QTUM on Bitget Earn safe?
Bitget Earn has a YieldScope safety grade of B, based on five binary criteria: regulation, proof of reserves, flexible withdrawal, insurance fund and incident track record. A higher grade means lower platform risk — but no yield is risk-free, and this is not financial advice.
Can I withdraw QTUM anytime on Bitget Earn?
Yes — this QTUM rate is flexible, so you can withdraw without a fixed lock-up period.
How is the QTUM yield generated?
Earn products pay you because the platform puts your QTUM to work — typically lending it to borrowers or deploying it in market-making — and passes part of the return back to you. That's also why yield carries risk: it isn't free money, and it depends on the platform staying solvent.
